CALENDAR DATES TO REMEMBER
February is election month and March is when our dues are payable. Why March? This is the month in which the association was formed and a side benefit was that many of us would be able to use our tax return refund to pay the assessment instead of having to build it into our budgets. Dues statements are mailed in February. You can use the PayPal button on the bottom of the "Home" page to make your payments.
NEXT MEETING
We are once again in need of a place to have our meetings. Can anyone help? Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. Meeting time starts at 7pm and ends at 8 pm. Please check the signs posted on the parkway median and if you enter the back on Bridgenorth Court look for the announcement sign in front of the mailbox as you decide to turn left or right for verification of location.

HAVE A GRIEVANCE? SEE A CODE VIOLATION? TIRED OF HITTING YOURSELF IN THE HEAD?
It was communicated to us that associations sending in complaints on their letterhead get better results than using the website. So if you know of any code violation or have any grievances, you can send an email to us at: info@cobblestoneassoc.com or click on our page"FAQ & INFO REQUESTS" go to the bottom of the page and fill in the form provided. Please remember when emailing or writing to notate in the subject line "Cobblestone Concerns". There is also a third way, you can click on the link provided under "Information Center" titled "Code Violations" this is a direct link to the City of Jacksonville and their form for registering complaints and code violations.
