Who's on and what can our City of Jacksonville's Enforcement Board due for us? Each board is limited to seven members and two alternates who are appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the Jacksonville City Council. The boards are governed by Florida Statute, Chapter 162 and City Ordinance, Chapter 91.

The boards may issue orders imposing administrative fines and liens against an alleged violator and/or property owner. A board's' order may be recorded in the public records and thereafter constitutes a lien against the land on which the violation exists and upon any other real or personal property owned by the violator. A search of the public records by a title search company should reveal any MCEB lien.

Below is the website for our district representatives and their phone numbers.
