Purpose

The objects for which this association is organzied are as follows:

1. To promote the maintenance of the common grounds within Cobblestone Phases I, II, II, IV and V hereinafter referred to as Cobblestone, located in Duval County, Florida.

2. To encourge safety and courtesy on the streets, commen areas and areas and approaches to the community.

3. To promote a better understanding and continuing cooperation between the residents of Cobblestone in uphold all the developer's covenants and restrictions

4. To promote interest in the popularity of community projects in the community of Cobblestone.

5. To sponsor approved competitive events and social activities in the community. To provide information and assistance to the members of the association.
