Cobblestone is a single family subdivision located in the East Arlington area of Jacksonville, Florida. The major intersection by our neighborhood is Monument & McCormick Road. Cobblestone is made up of approximately 499 single family residential lots. Home buyers are automatically members of the Cobblestone Association, and the annual $50 membership is mandatory. Members have one vote towards the operation of the community, and an annual meeting is held each year.
